Abstract
The aim of these Regulations is to implement the rules laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 599/2004, which concerns the adoption of a harmonized model certificate and inspection report linked to intra-Community trade in animals and products of animal origin. The various health certificated required in that context shall be presented in accordance with the model in the Schedule annexed to these Regulations. Upon implementation of these regulations, the following shall not be applicable: Schedule V of L.N. 118 of 2004; Schedule D of L.N. 119 of 2004; Schedule IV of L.N. 120 of 2004; Schedule VI of L.N. 258 of 2004.
