These provisions supplement the Cross-Compliance Related to EU Aid Applications in terms of the Paying Agency Regulations. In particular, the following Schedules are added: (I) Definition of the criteria for the calculation of reductions and exclusions; (II) List of Acts and Regulations for the individual area of cross-compliance; (III) The Good Agricultural and Environmental Conditions pursuant to Article 5 and Annex IV of Regulation No. 1782/2003.
