Abstract
The present Regulations determine the structure for the management of Cross-Compliance (i.e. the adherence by the farmer to all requirements hereby established) and the obligations related thereto, particularly with respect to the Good Agricultural and Environmental Conditions (GAEC), Good Farming Practices and the Code of Good Agricultural Practices. The aim os satisfactory compliance with GAECS or the provisions of the Code of Good Agricultural Practices is to enable farmers to benefit from direct payments.
