Eco-Contribution Act (CAP 473)

This Act makes provision on the imposition of an eco-contribution on products which result in waste (those specified in the First and Second Columns of the First Schedule). In cases of recovery of waste from products on which eco-contribution is paid in terms of this Act, the producers of those products may be granted a credit of the contribution paid against eco-contributions which may fall due in future.
