Environment and Development Planning Act (Amendment No. 2) Order 2014 (L.N. 362 of 2014).

The purpose of this Order is the designation of the Malta Environment and Planning Authority as the national competent authority responsible for facilitating and coordinating the permit granting process for projects of common interest as laid down by Regulation (EU) No. 347/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on guidelines for trans-European energy infrastructure. The Environment and Development Planning Act is amended accordingly.
