Examination of Varieties of Agricultural Plant Species (Amendment) Regulations, 2010 (L.N. 76 of 2010).

These provisions substitute the text in Schedules I and II to the Examination of Varieties of Agricultural Plant Species Regulations. Schedule I lays down the list of genera and species for which the Community Plant Variety Office guidelines apply, whereas Schedule II lays down the list of genera and species for which the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants guidelines apply.
