Abstract
These Regulations establish the rules and conditions to be followed for the examination of varieties of agricultural plant species. The aim is to ensure that such varieties comply with internationally recognized guidelines before they are included in the national catalogue of Malta. The requirements established by these Regulations concern particularly distinctness, uniformity, stability and the value for cultivation or use.
