Abstract
These regulations, the scope of which is to transpose Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2019/114 amending Commission Directive 2003/90/EC, substitute Schedule I of the Examination of Varieties of Agricultural Plant Species Regulations, (principal regulations), listing the genera and species for which CPVO guidelines apply.
