Abstract
The scope of these Regulations is to transpose Commission Directive 2012/44/EU amending Commission Directive 2003/90/EC as regards the minimum characteristics and the minimum conditions for examining certain varieties of agricultural plant species. Schedule I to the Examination of Varieties of Agricultural Plant Species Regulations is replaced by the text in regulation 2 hereto.
