Abstract
These regulations, which has the scope to transpose the Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1985 amending Commission Directive 2003/90/EC, substitute Schedule I of the Examination of Varieties of Agricultural Plant Species Regulations which lists the genera and species for which CPVO guidelines apply.
