Examination of Varieties of Agricultural Plant Species (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2012 (L.N. 271 of 2012).

These provisions replace the text in Schedule I to the Examination of Varieties of Agricultural Plant Species Regulations, which lists the genera and species for which Community Plant Variety Office guidelines apply. Further they replace the text in Schedule II, which lay down the list of genera and species for which the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants guidelines apply.
