Examination of Varieties of Vegetable Species (Amendment) Regulations, 2010 (L.N. 78 of 2010).

These provisions lay down some amendments to Schedule I to the Examination of Varieties of Vegetable Species Regulations, which sets out the list of genera and species for which Community Plant Variety Office guidelines apply. Further, some amendments are laid down to Schedule II, which contains the list of genera and species to which the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants guidelines.
