Abstract
These Regulations establish the requirements to be met by varieties of vegetable species in order to be accepted in the national catalogue. The requirements refer to distinctness, uniformity and stability. The aim is to ensure that varieties of species of vegetables included in the national catalogue in Malta comply with internationally recognized guidelines.
