Abstract
These regulations amend the Examination of Varieties of Vegetable Species Regulations, ("the principal regulations"), by substituting Schedule I on CPVO guidelines and Schedule II on UPOV guidelines by new Schedules.
The scope of these regulations is to transpose Article 2 and Part B of the Annex of Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2022/905 of 9 June 2022 amending Directives 2003/90/EC and 2003/91/EC as regards the protocols for the examination of certain varieties of agricultural plant species and vegetable species.
