Examination of Varieties of Vegetable Species (Amendment) Regulations, 2011 (L.N. 20 of 2011).

These provisions substitute certain parts of Schedules I and II to the Examination of Varieties of Vegetable Species Regulations. These rules lay down the list of genera and species of vegetables to which the Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO) guidelines and the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV) guidelines apply.
