Flora, Fauna and Natural Habitats Protection (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 (L.N. 164 of 2019).

These Regulations amend and supplement the Flora, Fauna and Natural Habitats Protection Regulations. The amendments concern, among other aspects, protected sites (publication of protected sites, notification to owners of lands, management plans and appropriate action for Conservation, management agreements with owners). Some parts of Schedule III (Animal and plant species of national interest whose conservation requires the designation of special areas of conservation) are hereby replaced.
