Abstract
These provisions amend the Fruit and Vegetable Producer Organisations Regulations by deleting Parts from I to VII. Furthermore, it replaces the definition of producer organization, which shall be any legal entity constituted and recognized in terms of the provisions of articles from 122 to 125 of Regulation (EC) No. 1234 of 2007 and Title III of Regulation (EC) No. 1182 of 2007.
