Fruit and Vegetable Producer Organizations Regulations, 2004.

These Regulations have been adopted to implement the Producers Organization Act No. IX of 2002 as regards the recognition of fruit and vegetable producers' organizations. The Regulations are divided into the following Parts: (I) Preliminary; (II) Establishment and recognition of producer organizations; (III) The operational programme; (IV) Interbranch organizations and Agreements; (V) Intervention arrangements; (VII) Recovery and penalties.
