Abstract
These Regulations, which have been adopted pursuant to Directives 2004/9/EC and 2004/10/EC, establish the principles of Good Laboratory Practice to be met by laboratories carrying out tests on chemical products. The National Accreditation Body-Malta Standards Authority shall be responsible for verifying compliance with these principles, which are defined in the First Schedule attached.
