Majjistral Nature and History Park Site (Amendment) Regulations, 2021. (L.N. 134 of 2021)

These regulations amend the Majjistral Nature and History Park Site Regulations (the principal regulations). Regulation 2 is amended and a regulation 4A is added to inroduce the definition of "falconry" and to regulate its exercise. Also the definitions of "hunt/hunting" and "take/taking" are revised. Sub-regulation (2) of regulation 5 is revised to reflect the changes made by the amendment of 2017.
