Abstract
These regulations regulate the hunting in the Majjistral, Nature and History Park: the hours of the day or night in which the hunting is permitted, the access to the Park whilst being in possession of a weapon, the possession or control of a wild bird or a wild rabbit, whether dead or alive, in the Park within a certain time frame, the access, driving parking of a vehicle outside designated areas of the Park. Also the camping in the Park and the management of fires are object of these regulations. It further provides cases in which someone can be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage to the Park: in case of organization of activities of a commercial nature, placement of facilities, filming activities, removal of any stones, pebbles or sand, cause of damage to the Park. The regulation provides for infringements and offences as well as penalties, including for the application of the criminal code as well as cases of non-applicability (cases of defence and national security, public safety and health, salvage operations and the investigation of offences).
