Abstract
These Regulations set out the measures to be taken to control the organic production and labelling of agricultural products. These provisions are established pursuant to Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 and they apply to: (a) live or unprocessed agricultural products; (b) processed agricultural products for use as food; (c) feed; (d) vegetative propagating material and seeds for cultivation. The Organic Farming Advisory Board is established.
