Plant Protection Products Regulations, 2009 (L.N. 358 of 2009).

These provisions govern the authorization, placing on the market, use and control of plant protection products in commercial form and the placing on the market and control of active substances used because of their action (a) against harmful organisms, or (b) on plants, parts of plants or plant products.
