Abstract
These Regulations lay down some amendments to regulations 3 and 16 of the Plant Quarantine (Harmful Organisms) Regulations. In particular the new provisions transfer to any public officer and to the Directorate certain functions belonging to the Customs Department in matter of checks on imported plants, plant products and other objects.
