Abstract
These provisions amend Schedule I to the Plant Quarantine (Harmful Organisms) Regulations. These amendments are laid down to transpose Commission Implementing Directive 2014/78/EU and Commission Implementing Directive 2014/83/EU, which amend certain parts of the Annexes to Council Directive 2000/29 on protective measures against the introduction into the European Union of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the European Union.
