Abstract
These Regulations amend the Plant Quarantine (Harmful Organisms) Regulations as regards the importation of plant, plant products and seed. These provisions are adopted in order to transpose Commission Implementing Directive 2014/19/EU amending Annex I to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the European Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.
