Abstract
These Regulations make provisions to ensure that any propagation material of ornamental plants produced or placed on the market in Malta meets specified quality standards. These provisions are without prejudice to the rules laid down under Directive 2000/29/EC on plant health protection. Conditions on labelling are also laid down.
