Abstract
These provisions amend Schedule I of the Restriction of Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations and replace its title. The Schedule specifies the applications of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) which are exempt from the requirements of regulation 4(1).
