Seeds of Agricultural Plants and Vegetables (Amendment) Regulations, 2019.

The scope of these Regulations is to transpose Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2018/1027 amending Council Directive 66/402/EEC as regards isolation distances for Sorghum spp. and to update the method of notification of entry of seeds of agricultural plants and vegetables in Malta. Subsequent amendments are laid down to Seeds of Agricultural Plants and Vegetables of 2010.
