Seeds of Agricultural Plants and Vegetables Regulations, 2010 (L.N. 331 of 2010).

These Regulations make provisions to assure that any seeds of agricultural plants and vegetables produced in Malta or placed on the market in Malta or intended to be marketed in another European Community Member State meets specified standards of quality. These standards apply to the production, with a view to marketing and to the marketing, of seeds of agricultural plants and vegetables of the genera, species and their hybrids listed in Schedule I.
