Vegetable Propagation and Planting Material (Amendment) Regulations, 2009 (L.N. 45 of 2009).

These provisions amend the Vegetable Propagation and Planting Material Regulations by modifying the date until which Malta may apply to import vegetable propagation and planting material from third countries which have conditions at least equivalent to those laid down temporarily or permanently in the schedules attached to the amended Regulations.
