Abstract
These regulation amend the principal regulations (the Waste Management (End of Life Vehicles) Regulations). Regulation 1 is amended to recall the applicable EU legislation and to place the law in the context of the Extended Producer Responsibility Framework Regulations, 2021. Regulation 2 is modifies to revise or sustitute existing definitions or to add new ones. Also regulations 5 and 6 are amended.
