Waste Management (Waste Batteries and Accumulators) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017 (L.N. 145 of 2017).

These provisions lay down some amendments and addenda to the Waste Management (Waste Batteries and Accumulators) Regulations of 2010. In particular, they amend and supplement regulations 5, 11, 17, 18, 22, 24 and 25 concerning collection systems, disposal, registration, information and reporting, permits required, and certain offences and related penalties. Schedules 7 and 8 on fees to be paid are added.
