Abstract
Pursuant to the provisions contained in Directive 91/174/EEC, these Regulations make provision on zootechnical and pedigree requirements applicable to the marketing of pure-bred animals, with a view to ensuring that the marketing of pure-bred animals and of the semen, ova and embryos thereof is not prohibited, restricted or impeded on zootechnical or pedigree grounds.
