Animal Feed Control Act.

This Act provides for the designation of public officers for purposes of this Act, for regulation-making powers of the Minister with respect to animal feed and prescribes offences.
The Minister may designate any public officer to be an authorized officer for the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Act or any regulation made under it (sect. 2). The Minister may, inter alia, provide for: (a) the control of export, import, distribution, manufacture, keeping and sale of animal feed; (b) the issue of permits; (c) the levying of charges and fees; (d) the registration of importers and manufacturers; (e) reporting and notification and the inspection of premises (sect. 3). Section 4 prescribes offences, in particular, the offence of making false statements under this Act. (4 sections)
