Abstract
This Decree prohibits the importation, manufacturing, possession or sale of any poultry feed which contains any compound specified in the first column of the First Schedule or any of its derivatives specified in the second column of the Schedule. The Decree further prohibits any importation of poultry feed without a permit granted by the Permanent Secretary, provides for sampling of feed and grants powers to authorized officers.
