Environment Protection (Environmental Standards for Noise) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 (G.N. No. 115 of 2003).

These Regulations amend the principal Regulations by modifying the definition of “neighbourhood noise” so as to include noise emitted by a station that generates electricity for supply by way of trade, i.e. noise produced by power-stations. The Schedule is amended so as to include noise emission standards for this kind of noise.
