Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister under 74(1)(k) of the Fisheries and Marine Resources Act, prohibit the having in possession of bait gear without a bait gear licence issued by the Permanent Secretary of the ministry responsible for fisheries. An application for a bait gear licence shall be made in such form and manner as the Permanent Secretary may determine, whereas the form of a licence is set out in Schedule 2. Schedule 1 sets out licence fees.
