Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister under sections 14(5) and 74 of the Fisheries and Marine Resources Act, establish the season in which a person may fish at the sea, any river, lake or dam with a large net, a pocket net, a gill net or a canard net (from 1 October to 10 October 2012).
