Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 74(1)(f) of the Fisheries and Marine Resources Act, prescribe that a person may fish at sea, in any river, lake or dam with a large net, pocket net, gill net or canard net for a defined period. The provisions of the Regulations do not apply to the Island of Rodrigues.
