Abstract
These Regulations amends the Fisheries and Marine Resources (Fishing of Sea Cucumbers) Regulations 2009. In particular they reword Regulation 3 and replace Regulation 4 which sets a prohibition to fish undersized sea cucumber (unless authorized pursuant to section 8 (1) of the Act or regulation 3) and to fish sea cucumber at sea from 1 March 2020 to 31 December 2023 without the authorization of the Permanent Secretary.
