Abstract
These Regulations amend the Fisheries and Marine Resources (Fishing of Sea Cucumbers) Regulations 2009 in regulation 7 by introducing a close season for the fishing of sea cucumbers from 1 March 2012 to 29 February 2016. It shall be prohibited to fish for sea cucumbers in that period and any offence against this rules shall be punished as specified.
