Abstract
These Regulations place restrictions on the importation, sale, exposure for sale or keeping of toxic fish. Toxic fish shall be the species of fish specified in the First Schedule to these Regulations, except that some species are exempted if the fish is caught in specified places and weights less than a specified weight. The restrictions imposed may be the requirement of having an authorization to import a specified type of toxic fish or following a prescribed method of processing of the fish concerned.
