Abstract
These regulations amend the Second Schedule to the Fisheries and Marine Resources (Toxic Fish) Regulations 2004 (a) by revoking paragraph 14 and replacing it by the following paragraph: – 14. The bourgeois (Lutjanus sebae) fish imported from Seychelles shall be offered for sale to members of the public and to hotels and (b) by revoking paragraphs 15 and 16.
