Abstract
The Council, established under section 3, shall be a body corporate. The objectives of the Council shall be: (a) to promote and harmonise research activities in agriculture, fisheries and food production; (b) to maximise benefits of such research; and (c) to deal in such other activities relating to research as may be approved by the Minister (sect. 4). (15 sections)
