Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 17 of the Forests and Reserves Act, amend the Forests and Reserves (Protection of Protected Plants) Regulations 2024. Amendment concerns: prohibition on uproot, cut, fell, exploit or export sandalwood plant.
