Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Prime Minister under sections 21A, 21B and 27 of the Maritime Zones Act, provide for amending the Maritime Zones (Economic Activities) Regulations 2014, by adding the new definition of marine renewable energy and the corresponding schedule concerning technology for energy conversion and production.
