Maritime Zones (Economic Activities) Regulations 2014 (GN No. 88 of 2014).

These Regulations specify in the Schedule, for the purposes of Part VIIA of the Maritime Zones Act, economic activities in relation to the land-based oceanic industry regarding deep sea water (as defined). Activities include high-end aquaculture, i.e. an activity for the breeding, rearing or harvesting of marine living organisms supported, fully or partly, by deep sea water or of contents derived from deep sea water. Part VIIA is inserted in the principal Act by section 19 of Act No. 20 of 2011.
