Abstract
These Regulations amend the Maritime Zones (Economic Activities) Regulations 2014. The principal Regulations specify in the Schedule, for the purposes of Part VIIA of the Maritime Zones Act, economic activities in relation to the land-based oceanic industry regarding deep sea water (as defined). Activities now include also Construction of marina related structures and related activities.
