Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister, on the recommendation of the Standards Council, under section 33 of the Mauritius Standards Bureau Act, concern certification marks and verification of the effectiveness of the Quality Plan. The Regulations provide for: an eco-label logo in case of applicability; the proper logo, if the standard includes good agricultural practices; application for certification marks; inspection of premises of the applicant; payment of the non-refundable fee for issuing certification; obligations of holders of a certification mark.
